	Customised Precision Grinding Every Nauticalloy shaft is precision ground to order, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the processing route. This bespoke approach guarantees that each marine propeller shaft we produce is tailored to the unique requirements of our clients. Comprehensive Quality Assurance For each order, we generate a unique job card and complete a detailed dimensional report upon finishing the shaft. The completed product is then securely packaged in a purpose-made wooden box with adequate internal supports, ensuring the delivery of a product fit for purpose.
Advanced Processing Capabilities Our processing capabilities include: Centreless Precision Grinding: Accommodating shafts up to 15 meters in length. Multiple Grinding Stations: - Five centreless grinding machines capable of handling diameters from 25mm (1”) to 150mm (6”). - A four-head centreless grinding station for diameters ranging from 50mm (2”) to 220mm (8.5”). - A double-head grinding station suitable for diameters from 80mm (3.25”) to 350mm (14”). Straightening Facilities: Equipped with 300-tonne, 80-tonne, and 40-tonne presses to ensure optimal shaft straightness. Cut-to-Length Services: Providing marine propeller shaft material tailored to specific length requirements. Third-Party Inspection, Testing, and Certification: Offering additional assurance of product quality and compliance.
