Each Nauticalloy product also comes with dimensional reports that confirm diameter tolerance and straightness, ensuring precise quality standards. Nauticalloy products are manufactured with stringent straightness tolerances: up to 80mm in diameter, we maintain a TIR (Total Indicator Reading) of 0.005”–0.010”; for diameters 85mm and above, we aim for a TIR of 0.010”. NOTE: Material produced to ASTM A479 will have Rp0.2 >415Mpa and UTS >700Mpa |
