Our state-of-the-art facility houses five Cincinnati centreless grinding machines and two cutting-edge grinding and polishing workstations, enabling us to handle a diverse range of materials and dimensions. We specialise in grinding materials such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, aluminium, copper, brass, titanium, carbon and alloy steels, and mild steels. Our capabilities accommodate diameters from 5mm to 350mm and lengths ranging from 500mm to 15,000mm, ensuring we can manage even the largest and longest bars you require.

Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through our BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, covering all aspects of free-issue centreless grinding, straightening, and polishing. We have implemented a continual improvement program and procedures that meet ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements, ensuring your materials are processed to exact specifications every time. In addition to grinding, we offer comprehensive bar straightening services to prepare materials for processing. Our facility is equipped with three straightening presses, including a 300-tonne press with a 16-meter bed, allowing us to straighten bars up to 350mm in diameter and 15 meters in length. This capability ensures that all materials meet the necessary straightness tolerances for precise grinding.
